These terms concern purchases through zorvexali.com, operated by Beijing Deep Space Intelligence Co., Ltd.

Placing an Order

By ordering, you confirm that your checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We may review an order before fulfillment and may decline or cancel one where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, a genuine pricing or technical error, a legal restriction, or another legitimate operational issue.

Products and Pricing

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and ordinary manufacturing variation can cause minor differences in appearance. Prices, available discounts, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Promotional offers may carry the eligibility, time, or product conditions shown with the offer.

Payment, Processing, and Delivery

Payment methods are shown at checkout and require successful authorization. Normal processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, extending to as many as 5 business days during busy periods. Standard transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs appear before an order is submitted. Our facilities or designated partners may fulfill an order, depending on stock and destination.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Following receipt and inspection of an approved return, eligible refunds go to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipping has started. A successfully canceled order before fulfillment carries no cancellation fee.

Order Problems and Corrections

For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items, contact us with your order details and relevant photos or video. We will review the matter and provide a reasonable return, replacement, or refund solution. Genuine errors in inventory, description, pricing, or site functionality may be corrected; if an error materially affects an existing order, we will explain it and the available resolution.

Consumer Rights and Contact
