Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers standard returns, order problems, refunds, and cancellation requests for purchases from ZORVEXALI.

Return Period and Condition

An eligible product may be returned within 30 calendar days following confirmed delivery. For a standard return, it should generally remain unused and in its original condition, include its parts and accessories, retain the original packaging where reasonably possible, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or sufficient order details.

Starting a Return

Email service@zorvexali.com before shipping anything back. Include the order number, product, reason for the request, and photos or video when relevant. After review and approval, we will send the applicable return instructions and warehouse address. Do not assume our registered business address accepts returns.

Return Shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind or preference-based return unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description because of a product or fulfillment issue, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs caused by that error.

Inspection and Refunds

A returned item may be inspected on arrival to confirm the relevant conditions. An eligible refund is issued to the original payment method after an approved return has been received and inspected. Our refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days; the bank or payment provider may require further time to display the credit.

Order Problems and Cancellation

Tell us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed. Send the order number and relevant images or video. We will review the circumstances and offer a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement.

To request cancellation, contact us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping starts. There is no cancellation fee for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
